Customer Review: Cheap quality, oversized top

I know this is just a mask, and you usually get what you pay for. However, there are two main flaws with this mask. First, the top of the mask that covers one's forehead is HUGE and I can't put a hat on over the mask properly, it'll move the mask. The top of it should have been trimmed a bit shorter.
The second thing is that the quality is pretty crappy. I read the reviews on here and - being the crazy V for Vendetta fanatic I am - purchased it. The quality sucks. It's only 6 bucks but that seems a bit overpriced for this plastic.
Save your 6 bucks and find a better quality mask.

Customer Review: Ramember, remember, the 5th of November!

Although not as white as it appears in the photographs, this authorized version of the popular V for Vendetta mask is a real winner.
Manufactured in lightweight plastic, with an elastic strap to hold the mask in place.
Made with the adult head in mind, the mask has a small styrofoam block at the forehead (on the reverse) to keep the mask level to the face. The block also keeps the mask far enough away from the eyes, so they take on a darker look. This limits vision somewhat. Add a black cloth face mask underneath, a wig and hat and the effect is truly stunning.

Now don't be expecting a fantastic mask that looks like it came straight out of the movie. It is a pretty good replica and the paint is quite good but the mask is your standard, dollar-a-dozen plastic mask. However, when you put it on, it looks nice. The other thing to note is that this mask is DEFINITELY intended for people with bigger heads. The strap that holds it on is quite long and the mask itself is very large.
Overall, I would definitely recommend the mask provided you a) have a big head and b) aren't expecting collector quality.

When I removed it from the bag it was sent to me in. Right away, I noticed the enormous scratches on the nose. So right away I was pretty pissed. Then around the eyes, it looks like the paint was poorly done. As if a person was doing it and got pretty lazy. On top of that, it was sent to me in a bag with some brown hard paper to try to keep its form. I'm happy that it wasnt deformed, but it is slightly bent in an annoying way.
Still, the thing that really grinds my gears is that the nose is so scratched up.

It's my own fault really, I didn't read the "more about it" section and see that it is made of plastic. It's very flimsy plastic, I was thinking it would be ceramic or at least a thick plastic. Well... I guess that's what I get for 4 dollars and some odd cents. Anyways, I guess it's okay if your just using it once or twice.... I'm an Anon so mine would be getting a fair amount of use. All over all... 2.25 Stars... I'm really hoping I can return it, found another that is made out of ceramic.
