This bank is a replica of the bank my brother and I had as kids. I decided to purchase one for my son, for Christmas,and found this one online. I didn't open it upon it's arrival as the packaging wasn't damaged in any way. However, when we did open it and inserted a coin the right side digit display went blank and the left side didn't register. My son thinks that the numbers have become unglued from the wheel they are attached to and will try to fix it. If not, the bank is going back. I'm happy to know that these banks are still available, but disappointed that this one is defective. The quality is not as substantial as the originals, but it's okay.
