Customer Review: Beautiful Puzzle, Fun to Work, and Good for Families

My sister bought this puzzle for our son for his 11th birthday. My three kids and I finished it in about three weeks. We had a great time working on it together. Our 11 year old did not have any problems with the difficulty level. It was tough, but he was able to steadily find pieces for it. Our 8 year old had very good success as well, but our 6 year old simply had fun putting pieces where ever he could get them to fit, not necessarily the right place. Regardless, he had fun simply trying and we enjoyed his effort.
It is a beautiful puzzle. The detail is excellent and the colors gorgeous. Until recently we've kept a marine aquarium, so it was nice to have a piece of the ocean back in our house. We considered gluing the puzzle together and hanging it since it would make a good picture, but ultimately decided we had too much fun working it and would like to do it again sometime.
The only drawback is the one previously mentioned by other reviewers. This is a large puzzle and needs to have plenty of space. We realized early on our table was too small and improvised with a large piece of cardboard. Definitely measure the workspace before beginning. Also a little preparation goes a long ways towards making this a fun project instead of a frustrating one.
This puzzle is well worth the price. We love to work puzzles and I this is our favorite so far.

This is a great puzzle if you like a challenge. I've been doing 1000 piece puzzles easily and wanted something that would take a bit more time. As other reviewers said, this puzzle is huge. I was not prepared for the size. It took up my entire dining room table. It was also incredibly difficult. It took me two months. That's a long time to go without using your dining room table! One frustrating part of this puzzle is that the pieces sometimes seem to fit (without forcing) and look right and then you later realize it is a mistake. The number of pieces is a huge challenge. It took me a week just to sort the pieces in the beginning so I could find a place to start. I almost gave up on the puzzle a few times. But once finished, it is beautiful and well worth the time and energy.Customer Review: Excelent Puzzle

I would have posted this review a little bit earlier, but I just had to wait and finish the puzzle to share my experience with everyone.
First, let me start off by saying this is an excellent quality puzzle and once you finish it, the colors are stunning. The pieces are perfectly cut so that there are no exact duplicates.
I finished this puzzle in exactly 9 days and it's the biggest puzzle I've attempted. It was fun, and definitely not as easy as those 2000 piece puzzles I assembled earlier this summer.
Overall, if you're a puzzle lover like I am, you definitely have to try this one. I want to work my way up to 18000 pieces and this was a good step forward.

My wife is a fan of puzzles, so I did some looking around and picked this puzzle for one of her birthday presents. She just finished it last night and we've already toasted the completion with some excellent Chardonnay. This is an exceptionally high quality puzzle. You will need to have a large table devoted to the process while you piece it together. Also, plan to invest some time: There are 3000 pieces! The illustration is quite fine, but it doesn't do it justice. The finished puzzle is gorgeous.Customer Review: Tough One

My husband and I are pretty good with Jigsaw Puzzles and this one is a tough one. We started to do puzzles 2 years ago when we were homebound with a newborn. We found it very relaxing but now it's harder to find the time. We had to put this puzzle aside because 3000 pieces and a two year old are not compatible. But it was coming along nicely. A very colorful puzzle with nice quality pieces. Make sure you have enough space before you start. I underestimated the size.
