I really like this wagon and so does my son. Even our shih tzu takes a rest in it every now and then. However, like the other reviews have mentioned, it would be nice to have doors on it so the children can get in and out that way. Because there are no doors, it can be tricky getting them in. The canopy is there too so you have to bend in a way that may not be the best for your back. I am sure that the child feels the awkwardnes too with trying to get in and out. Nonetheless, he still likes it very much and is always agreeable when I mention that we are going for a walk with the new wagon. The wheels are not noisy at all. The steering is very good. With the set up, the instructions need to be followed closely when setting up the wheels. I am glad that an extra piece was provided as I did put the first wheel on backwards. This must happen a lot as seeing that the extra piece was included. The hard part was trying to get it off. It would not budge. I had to cut through the metal ring. That is why I say to read the instructions carefully so this could be prevented. I would highly recommend this wagon. I get complements all the time from people going by. It is roomy. My son can take on toys with him and play on the seat in front of him if I set it down. We haven't brought on drinks yet but it would have been nice if the cup inserts were a little higher. Other than the couple of not so perfect features, I like this wagon very much. For the most part, it really is user friendly.Customer Review: Lose the double stroller!!

I LOVE this wagon! My mom purchased it for my 2 sons because my 2 year old hates the double stroller. They love this wagon! My youngest just turned 1 and I don't even have a problem with him trying to climb out while we're moving. They love sitting like big boys and looking out while we walk. The lap belts are very helpful just in case. There is a little storage compartment behind the back seat which is great for my things. My only (very small) gripe is that the sippy cup holders for the kids are down inside the wagon at their feet. It's easy for them to reach, but they get knocked over and roll around the bottom. Some of the other models have the kids cup holder up on the side. I think I would like that better, but it may be in the way there also...I don't know. It's not that big of a deal. My favorite feature is the canopy. It installs very quickly and since we live in Texas, I use it constantly. The handle folds flat for easy storage. The wagon is a pretty good size, but it fits fine in the back of my Jeep Cherokee if we take it with us somewhere (which we do constantly). I don't know how well it would fit in the back of a car trunk. The wheels are real rubber too so it seems to have a smoother ride than the one with plastic wheels. I can't think of a better alternative for a double stroller. My boys just love it!Customer Review: Beware of the canopy holes

We believed this was the greatest purchase for our twins as it offered two seats, extra cup holders, and storage. Then one of my sons (18 mos.) stuck his finger in the hole designed for the canopy. We could have broken his finger after attempting to grab him (screaming) out of the wagon without knowing it was lodged. I called Radio Flyer since it was very scary and difficult to remove my son's finger.
I liked this wagon very much and decided to try it one more time, but my kids were still too curious about the holes. Plus their fingers are not getting any smaller. Now the wagon is going back to Radio Flyer. The company offered to pick it up for a full refund.
Radio Flyer is so far treating this is as isolated case. The company will not currently recall wagons with canopy holes. My issue was still suppose to be escalated throughout Radio Flyer's executive management. So there might be future design changes, but not now. I cannot imagine this issue being an isolated problem.
The canopy is nice to use on really sunny days, but not all the time. Nothing else could be used to plug the (4) holes since that may pose a choking hazard. We're very bummed about giving up the wagon, but it makes sense for safety reasons.

This wagon is the creme de la creme of all wagons. It is like a wagon on steroids! We got this for my son for Christmas and from the moment he got it, he wanted to play in and around it all the time. Since it's winter time, it's parked in our living room so he colors on the desk, eats his snacks and even shoots hoops from his perch in his wagon. We love all the different seat positions, it makes it very versatile. After a week of heavy snow fall, we all needed to get out of the house, so we decided to take our son out in the wagon. The wheels are heavy duty so we were able to pull him around on 5 inches of snow. My only complaint (and not major enough to knock a star off my review) is that when in the desk position, it's not very sturdy. I wouldn't expect it to hold the weight of a child (it doesn't, by the way), but it shouldn't collapse while my son is coloring, yet it often does. I think the notch that the desk "clicks" into is not deep enough, so any sort of movement or nudging on the desk will snap it out of place and it falls down.
Overall, this is a kick-butt wagon that the whole family loves. I know we're going to get a ton of use out of it once the weather is nicer and we're taking more trips to the park and the farmer's market.

I take my 13 month old and his cat out together in this wagon. The cat curls up by his feet and takes a nap while collie gets to spend sometime looking around and watching cars and buses while we walk down the side walk. It is big but the size means that I can keep everything i need for my son in the wagon with us. I can put his picnic blanket, tons of toys, plus jackets, diaper bags and food. I have a station wagon and this wagon fits in my car though it wouldn't fit in anything smaller. I think its great especially if you get the cooler too!
update: I recently moved to a beach town with this wagon. This has been the best thing for beach trips. theres plenty of room for beach chair, toys and extra clothes/diapers and of course snacks. the canopy is huge and totally covers my son. also when sand gets in, which happens all the time, you can just hose it out because there are little drain holes in the bottom to let water plus sand flow out. plus because its so easy to wash i can keep it outside instead of having it take up more room inside the house. plus now that collie is 18 months old its definitely his favorite ride. when we go to go out he asks for his wagon. Its still a great buy.
