The retro rocket is a fun toy for our son who just turned one. Before we even had it out of the box he was pressing the sound buttons. We were even more amazed that he was able to ride it from the start. I was initially concerned when I read that the wheels did not turn but like another reviewer stated that keeps him from running into the wall, etc. We are very pleased with this purchase and would highly recommend it to anyone who is looking for a memorable 1st Birthday present!Customer Review: AWESOME TOY FOR AN ACIVE BOY

My son loves this rocket and has since he was probably 6 or 7 months old, at first he would just sit next to it and push the buttons, then he started holding on to it and "walking" across the room, mind you he didn't know how to pull up or cruise yet, i really think this toy helped him achieve that cause now at 10 months hes running. I love that the sound isn't to loud, just right for the child that is sitting there using it. Overall i would recommend this toy to everyone.Customer Review: Wow, I wish I had one as a child

I bought this item for my nephew at Christmas. He was soooooooo excited about this. He knew exactly what to do with it and rode it for hours. It is the first thing he wants to get on when we go outside -- and rides it for hours inside as well. In fact, when I brought it in the house for Christmas he kicked my mother in the head to get away from her and to Rocket. He loves the ignition button the vibration -- you can feel the vibration from across the room. Powerful.Customer Review: Can't wait for xmas

We got the rocket for our yongest son (19 months) he absolutely loves airplanes and after shopping for something suitable for him we found the Retro Rocket. We have had good experience with Radio Flyer so, after testing and playing with this one we just can't wait to see the look on his face when he sees it: the noise, the wheels, the brite color and the actual vibration motion...he's gonna love it. A little expensive but definately worth it.
Can't wait for Xmas.

Radio Flyer has always been a brand associated with fun, sturdy quality toys and this the Radio Flyer Retro Rocket is no exeception. We purchased this toy for our nephew's first birthday and it was a hit with all the kids, ages one thru six! The buttons, sounds & especially the fibrating seat, make this toy lots of fun for little ones. The sturdiness of the toy assures that this will be an "heirloom" toy to be passed on from one generation of little ones to the next.
