I ordered this item for our granddaughter. It arrived as promised and in a timely manner. The box had two left front axles instead of a left and a right. We had to call the company (Radio Flyer) twice to get the issue resolved to our satisfaction. The first customer rep told us they would send the part in 5-7 days for free or we could pay $20.00 for them to overnight it. So, we tried again and got a different rep who sent us the part overnight at no additional charge. We are especially inpressed with the way this wagon turns. The way the front wheels work would make it really difficult to tip over. It comfortably holds 2 children and pulls easily. This is a great wagon and we got great service from Amazon and Radio Flyer.Customer Review: Great for restless Toddlers!!

I had bought the Radio Flyer ATW Wagon (Nice Wagon too) for my daughter, now 5.
My youngest son is 15 months, Well, it was OK for her, but he would NOT sit still in the wagon and wanted to stand ALL the
time, so neither one us was enjoying it, we had to stop every 5 seconds to sit him down. My daughter wasn't too happy either.
So, Got online and found this, GREAT IDEA!! Seatbelts!!
FINALLY we can put our youngest 2 in and they have a great time!
Perfect for trips to the Zoo! No more worry about him falling out or standing up in the middle of a ride! And yes the handle is great, just takes a bit getting used to it not free moving like the other one we had, but great stearing overall.

We've had this for about 2 years and we love it. I LOVE the high back seats, which are great for younger kids or disabled kids (my nephew has cerebral palsy and it is imperative that he has a high back for support). My son is 3 and loves it. I love the cup holders and the seatbelts (although we don't use the seatbelts anymore). We also LOVE that the kids have leg room. If the seats are folded down, you can store small things underneath and one child can lay on top (great for napping on a walk). Also love that the handle folds under the wagon for storage, so no worrying about kids tripping over it in the garage or the yard. We lived without a garage for a year and it withstood the elements (snow, rain, etc). Overall, wonderful!Customer Review: A very nice wagon!

After doing much research to find the perfect wagon, we decided to buy this one for our 20 month old daughter. What a nice wagon! It assembled easily in a matter of minutes and the wheels are rubber which makes it a much nicer (and quieter) ride than the plastic wheels on other makes. We love the fact that this model has straps--this helps so that she doesn't try to stand up and keeps her more in place. The seats fold down to make use for other jobs if needed. The cup holders are a nice touch too. This wagon seems to be one that our daughter will have fun growing in to and be able to cart her toys around in when she gets older. It is not too big and klunky or too tiny--it seems to be just the right size. A good buy!Customer Review: Almost Perfect Wagon

I purchased this wagon for my 18 month old grandson a few weeks ago. It quickly became his favorite toy to use and he constantly asks for more tours in it. Some features we both like are the flip-down seats, cup holders, easy steering, durability, and handle folds under for storage, or can be left up without falling. I like the way you can make a sharp turn without falling over because of the way the front wheels are constructed.
This wagon appears to be comfortable for my grandson, but I would like to have a little foam seat cushion. I also wish the flip-up seats were a little lower for child's visibility, especially when both are up. In general, I doubt you could presently buy a better wagon for the price.
