I ordered this wagon as an early 2nd birthday present. I also care for another little girl, so I needed something for two. I looked at many wagons before choosing this one.
The wagon's strengths: very sturdy, rubber wheels, long handle (comfortable to pull for me - I'm 5'11"), deep footwell, storage area, latching door, 2 cup holders, easy to put together
The wagon's weaknesses: it's not a wagon for a kid to careen down a hill alone on, steering all the way (that's what I did with my wagon when I was a kid)...this is definitely a "sit down and I'll pull you" wagon, it's heavy and might be hard to pull over uneven surfaces or for a long time.
It's a great wagon and we're very happy with it. We'll come back to purchase a regular wagon when our daughter is older, so she can experience the thrill of "flying" down a hill herself!

I looked at many, many wagons...I wanted one I could use outside, that would go over the grass, up and down off the sidewalk, etc. I also wanted to be able to pull it without my son falling out...this is it! This wagon has great huge durable wheels with shock absorbers on the back! Plus the little seats that are built in let the children sit down without being so high up in a flat-bed wagon. I was excited about the cup holders, but honestly I can't fit many of the sippy cups I have in them, nor our Avent baby bottles (that he still drinks out of occassionally). In fact, only regular paper or plastic cups fit and the skinniest of sippy cups. Still, the wagon is great, my son loves the open/close door and the storage bin is good too. Highly recommend this wagon. It's also great that it's plastic, not metal so it won't rust or get sharp anywhere.Customer Review: Plastic Navigator Wagon

I waited 18 mos to find the perfect wagon and here it is. This navigator wagon is durable, all-terrain, comfortable and low maintenance, easy to clean. It is a hit in the neighborhood, especially the matching Radio Flyer umbrella that we purchased to go along with it, makes it unique. The cup holders are great and the storage under one of the seats is pretty roomy. I like the fact the child can sit up in the wagon like a chair, instead of a flatbed wagon.Too bad there is not a cushion on the seat to absorb some of the bounce. Also, be sure that the umbrella is securely clamped as directed or else it may slip off and possibly injure your child. Also, the handle is a little hard to manuever in order to get this wagon in our SUV.
My 20 month daughter enjoys pushing and pulling it and loves to get in and out of the wagon.

I am very pleased with this wagon. It has proved to be very durable and my kids have great fun playing with it. The rubber wheels are crucial to my satisfaction. They provide a smoother and remarkably quieter ride than plastic wheeled alternatives. I would like a more smooth, comfortable, and possibly rubberized handle. This is not so much of an issue for me however because I don't use the wagon for long walks. My kids love to be pulled around our yard and up and down small hills. The high seat backs provide good support for the later. The cup holders are a nice amenity as is the under seat storage bin. The wagon sprays clean easily with the garden hose, and the drainage holes work well. My kids enjoy sitting in the wagon and having buckets of water tossed on them during hot weather.Customer Review: A Great Wagon!

My wife and I shopped in person and on the Internet for several days before we bought this wagon. It was easy to choose this one over all the others. It has lots of room, a storage compartment, two seats, two cup holders, real rubber wheels, and SHOCK ABSORBERS!! True, they're really just a couple of springs, but so what! It's well made and easy to assemble. When my two year-old daughter saw it come out of the box she went "OOOO...AHHH...COOL!" It took me about 15 minutes with her "helping" me. I then proceeded to pull her, Pooh, and Mickey Mouse around the driveway about a thousand times before she'd let me stop. It even fits in the side door of our Dodge Caravan easily. This wagon is a must for anyone with young children! I'm thoroughly satisfied!
