We bought this for our 4 year old last Christmas. She loves to goof off on it around the house. But will not ride it the full block, much less to the park. It does not roll or turn as easily as she would like. (By contrast, she flies on her bike.)
Probably great for 2 or 3 year old beginners. Decent stability in that regard. But we're not impressed for the 4 to 5 year old set.

My 2 yr. old granddaughter squealed when she saw the scooter. She was playing with it most of Christmas and with it having 3 wheels, she was even doing tricks on it. With a name of "Radio Flyer", it is real quality and sturdy!! The only thing she had trouble with was corners. It's a bit hard to turn, but it is a great scooter to learn on before the 2 wheeler.Customer Review: Get on you little pink scooter and ride.

I bought this scooter for my 4 year old daughter. I liked the idea of the wider platform. This has allowed her to keep her balance alot easier. As soon as we took it out of the box, she was riding through the house and having a blast. It even rolled on carpet. Got this for my two-year old for Christmas. My son had a 4-wheel toddler scooter and it was difficult for him to push because his foot kept hitting the back wheel. This design is perfect. My daughter mastered it in bout 5 minutes and rides it all over the house and down the street. Easy to balance and no back wheels to get in the way. Fantastic!Customer Review: A++

This was a BIG hit at our house this past Christmas! We bought the red one for our 3 1/2 y/o son & the pink one for our daughter, who just turned 5.
Since the weather has been so cold lately, we've let them ride on them inside our house & they have had a blast!!
The scooters are pretty sturdy, so there are very few falls! :)
