I had got this for me and my "Friend". It is cool but...
IT IS A PAIN IN THE NECK! IT IS REALLY HARD TO SAVE A MESSAGE,IT IS SMALL AND EASY TO LOSE AND WHAT IS THE POINT!?
In the time you give the tiny chip to the person, you could tell him yourself. It's nice though.

As I was watching the camertial for friendchips and realised that there is a lot of things wrong with it! I agree with other reviews, just get a cell phone! First off it's so easy to loose! the game is worthless with out it's tinny chips! The truth is that friendchips is eather for five year olds that want to pretend to be cool and have a cell phone like object. Or people who can't speak. Because instead of sending the messages by pushing a button, you have to phisicaly hand the person your chip. I don't mean that geting up is so hard. What i mean is that if you have to walk up to the other person anyway ( to give them the chip) wouldn't you just talk to him/her? The last point that I'm going to make is that very fue people evin know what friendchips are! So I realy don't think that girls will be tossing tham to each other like frisbees all over the place (like in the camertial). Friendchips might be useful if you want to tell you best friend something at school. But give me a break we have five minutes to get to our next class. I don't know about you I'm not going to be late because I was serching through the halls to give a simple message to my friend Pluss most schools (elementry end middle) don't alow electronics.Customer Review: DON'T WASTE THE MONEY!!!!!!!

I bought this, thinking it would be fun, but it is a huge waste of money. trust me, buy a good ten dollar text messager that really WORKS AND IS EASY AND FUN!! FOR THIS, YOU HAVE TO TAKE TWENTY MINUTES WRITING, HEY, WHAT'S UP? AND THEN, YOU HAVE TO GIVE THE CHIP TO YOUR FRIEND!! how on earth are you supposed to do that unless you're right by each other, i mean, what school doesn't have teachers in the hallway to stop you? ugh, WASTE!! if you have time to hand her the chip, u have time to talk. i think this toy is fun you can put in your message and then give it to your friend! you can drop it in their locker if you dont have time to talk and you can just pass them back and forth.if you had a fight you can do the same.
