Customer Review: Fun for music lovers.

This game is much better than the reviews give it credit for. However, I think it is a game more for adults than kids or teens. I am middle aged and have a blast with it, where as my 9 and 12 year olds don't have enough background information to be able to answer the questions correctly. It also tends to do better with lead members of a group. It had no problem picking out Freddie Mercury, Jerry Garcia, and Mick Jagger but it had some trouble with other members in their groups. It was also able to pick out current pop stars including some American Idol singers. It also did a good job guessing musical instruments. I have not yet tried musical places. I recommend only getting this if you know alot about musicians, instruments and music related places. Otherwise you may not be able to answer the questions accurately.Customer Review: 20Q Music Not Too Smart...

This game is pretty fun for a while, but nowhere near as "smart" as some other handheld 20Q games.
For example, if you consider a band a "thing," the game takes about 8 questions to figure out you are talking about a band. If you consider a band a "person," it will figure out you are looking for a band a little more quickly, but not much. Even then, it will ask many nonsense questions that just don't apply to a band (for example, "are you a lyricist?")
The game also asks contradictory questions--it will ask if a band is from the US and from the UK in the same round of 20 questions. Oddly, it will often ask if the music "originated" in the US. I dunno. Didn't rock and roll originate in the US? Or do you answer yes only for jazz and blues?

Don't waste your money on 20Q Music. We are fans of the original 20Q, which always amazes us with it's accurate answers but this is no where near as accurate. My husband and I have played it numerous times and it has probably guess accurately once. One of the questions was "does the persons name start with a B?" We answered yes. When it finaly guess the answer after the 20Q the name it gave started with T!!! It really is a time and money waster.Customer Review: IT FRIGGIN 5 Stars
OK THIS THING IS SOOOO AMAZING!! IT HAS SHOCKED AND SUPRISED ALL OF MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY AND IS SOOOOO MUCH FUN TO PLAY!! OK OF COURSE IT HELPS TO BE A BIG MUSIC FAN TO PLAY THIS AS IT REALLY HELPS U ANSWER THE QUESTIONS BETTER SO IT CAN SHOCK THE HECK OUT OF U WHEN IT ANSWERS CORRECTLY! I'm a fan of 20 questions. The original one, I highly recommend, don't waste your money on this one. If you're guessing a musical instrument, the accuracy is almost 100%. If you're guessing a singer or a band, the miss is almost 100%. It hasn't guessed a single one of my choices and I've picked popular singers and groups.
Stick with the original.
