We have only one table in our house and a five year old but also three people who love to make puzzles. This puzzle packer has saved all our problems. It can easily fit all the pieces for even our largest puzzles. And it's great having the the loose felt covered boards so you can hand them around the table from person to person if you get tired of working on something or are looking for that extra special piece. Saves getting up and wandering around (or leaning over) the table. And you can move the puzzle from room to room, so if it's nice out on the sun porch, you can work on it out there, or if someone's using the table, you can move it down to the floor. It's very well made and I haven't had any problem with pieces getting loose while packed in the box. However, I do treat it fairly gently when moving it around. I think it's a fantastic product and I highly recommend it for people who enjoy making puzzles but don't have a good permanent space or who would like to be more mobile with them.

The Puzzle Packer is a great tool and an outstanding gift! Assemble your puzzle at your convenience without tying up the kitchen table. It's great for working on a puzzle anywhere! The Puzzle Packer Plus is the same design, but slightly smaller than the Large Puzzle Packer model shown in the pictures included in this listing. The Puzzle Packer Plus is capable of storing a typical 1000 piece puzzle, and weighs only 13 pounds. It is made of hardwood. The inside dimensions are 22.75 inches by 28.5 inches by 1.25 inches deep. It has removable wings, one on each side, and one at the top and bottom. It sits at a comfortable viewing angle to reduce glare and ease of use. When the puzzle is put away the wings are placed on top of the puzzle being built; the pressure of the lids hold the pieces on the felt surface, preventing them from moving. Puzzles can be preserved such that all pieces remain in the same position when stored for later use. It can be stored in tight places, by laying it down flat or setting it on edge. Take it anywhere inside or outdoors; it works the same. The removable wings can also be passed around the table.
