We purchased the game because we played Michigan Rummy when we were young kids. We bought the game and took it on a family vacation and the whole family played the game. Our ages ranged from 8 years to 76 years and several in between. It was hard to quit playing at the end of the evening because everyone enjoyed it. It will certainly be used in future get togethers of not only relatives but friends.Customer Review: Michigan Rummy

I always loved this game as a child but especially love it as an adult. I live in a 55 and over community and 3 couples get together usually every other week and play games either cards, dominoes, a marble game that we have and now Michigan Rummy. We recently had visitors and included them in our get together and they ordered 3 games one for themselves and for each of their daughters.

I ordered two of these based on one my daughter-in-law had been given some years ago. It's a great game - but this playing board is pressed from very thin celluloid and is so flimsy I feel it will not last many games. In fact, one was received (in Cincinnati)very slightly deformed as the box had been slightly crushed in local transit.Customer Review: Great fun with new game! A must for families....

We really enjoy this game...it was brand new and in great shape. We don't use the chips though...we use 100 pennies per person...it makes the game last longer and much more interesting! I got this for my kids because I remember playing as a little kid. We never had the actual board we used cups and pennies to play. Now that I am living in Texas no one has really heard of Michigan Rummy so I am sure it will be a blast to play at gatherings.
