Customer Review: Great starting point for a collector!

I collected Pokemon cards as a kid back in the 90's. Recently I decided to start collecting again.
I bought from the seller Cardrushstore. I cannot vouch for any of the other sellers. Here is what I found:
-Every single card was in new condition.
-I had no rares, only commons with a few uncommons thrown in.
-Out of 100 cards, only 13 were duplicates, and no energy cards were included (yay!).
-Six cards were reverse holos. Very shiny :)
-The majority of the cards were Pokemon. Less than 12 were Trainer and Support cards.
-Shipping was fast, and my package was trackable.
I do not recommend this to anyone who seriously plays the game. None of the cards had great stats, and the majority of the Pokemon were basic. I also do not recommend this to someone who has been collecting Pokemon cards for a while, as one probably will not receive many uncommon or rare cards.
I do recommend this set to someone starting a collecting from scratch. Great variety!
I also think this would be a good set to use as party favors or something similar. If purchasing this set for kids, talk to them first and figure out if they want just a bunch of cards, or are looking for rarer ones. 100 copies of cards someone already has is pretty useless.

Let me start off by saying that I am a Pokemon fanatic. I've literally grown up with the series and have been collecting these cards for as long as I remember. My three-ring binder is teeming with hundreds of these cards. When I saw this offer, I knew I couldn't pass it up. Fyi, in stores such as Walmart and Target, you get 9 cards in a pack. Each of these packs cost between 3-4 dollars. In order to get 100 cards from there, you would have to pay at least $30 dollars. These are a fraction of the price. Plus, it's eligibility for the Super Saver Shipping was a nice bonus. The cards arrived within a few days (I believe it was 2 or 3) and were packaged nicely and the cards were in mint condition.
The only real issue I had was the variety. There was plenty of that when I started sifting through, but as I neared the end, I noticed I got 10 Raticates and quite a few Revive Trainer cards. I also noticed a few others had complained about variety, but others loved their grab. I guess it all comes down to how lucky you are. Overall I was very pleased.
Also, thank you seller for miscounting. I am now one hundred and ONE (101) cards richer and have plenty of doubles to trade for more valuable cards <3

I bought this for my 5-year old boy. First time when seller send me the package, it was lost and only an empty envelope with a staple was shown up. -- I suspect that it is because the package was a bag stapled with the envelope. My son was so disappointed to see the empty envelope.
I called the seller and one of the representatives acted very quickly and re-send the package. Cards were inside the envelope but the package scan-code cannot be read out because of poor packaging. So the package was sit and DHL center for several days. I called DHL and they have no idea where the package was. I was lucky to see a delivery person passing by. And I told to him about the situation. He promised that he will go back to the center and look for it. The second day he brought the package and told me that the package scan-code cannot be read out and it sat on the shelf for a while. And delivery was right before we went on vacation.
Anyhow, my son was very happy to see the cards eventually arrived. He was happy to play with them. It also has a good price.

I bought these cards because I'm doing a recycle project and I'm using pokemon cards for the medium. For many people who complain about the cards being used, most common and no foils. The product read 100 cards for cheap so it's assumed the cards aren't the best of the best or as rare. Also, you'll get a lot of doubles of pokemon which I didn't mind, but I know some people have issues with that. The cards are used, but I supposed I got a decent looking patch that has no creases, folds, tears, etc. If you're looking for mass amount of pokemon cards get it. It's not a bad price, but if you're looking for pretty strong cards. You'll be sorely disappointed because although it's been a while since I last collected cards. These cards are not the strongest and you won't get too many energies from this pack even if it is 100 cards. They are purely 100 pokemon not a mixture with Trainer, Supporter,and energies. With that being said, I didn't mind the turn out of cards, but if you don't want double or triples of the same weak cards and not enough energies. I ordered these because my son has been begging me to. We got them and Ok, What do you do with them. The characters are barely Ok and there is no meaningful purpose. I also ran into Professor Brainstorm cards and WOW! The cards actually could be used for something educational and the art was fantastic.
