Love playmobil and the toys they bring, but the underwater motor just doesn't live up to what I was hoping. First it is a pain to turn it on and off, and it's not feasible for my 5 year old to get this thing on/off regularly.

My child has whale/search boat where you can put this on the boat. The motor winds up sending the boat to the bottom of the tub and moves around well, just doesn't keep it afloat. When we take it off the boat it drives around fine, but it just does not sit properly on the boat. My child still enjoys the motorized toy, however, it does not stay afloat long enough to be of much use imo. Would still buy Playmobil, just not crazy about this component.
