Toys and Games Reviews of Slingshot Flying Screaming Monkey Toy FlingshotCustomer Review: Not very impressed Summary: 3 Stars
I bought 4 of these in different styles for stocking stuffers. They are not very durable and two broke the same day. They are difficult to maneuver even for adults and impossible for small children. The sound only works occasionally. Not recommended for children because they are not strong enough to shoot them. Not worth the price. Would not purchase again.
Customer Review: Monkey business Summary: 4 Stars
This was bought for a goof ball at work who always plays tricks on people. He loved it. It was a great hit at the Xmas party. After flinging it about 5 times, the hand flung off! Yeah, a bit embarrassing, since the party was in full swing. The jokester fixed the hand and continued flinging. It is fun to ask him "How's your Monkey doing?" I got my $5 worth.
Customer Review: The worst purchase ever Summary: 1 Stars
I ordered several of these to give out at my son's birthday party. I tried them out when they arrived and they did not fly! The monkey does not scream and it just flaps down. I tried having several people try them and they all got the same result. I based my purchase on other comments so I guess I must have gotten a bad batch. Don't waste your money!!!
Customer Review: Fun/ but broke the 2nd day Summary: 2 Stars
Fun attractive looking monkey. Launched about 15 ft. max. We had a great time with it until the seam came apart at the head on the 2nd day. Another character had the band come out of it after limited play. My 6y/o put the head on top of an empty bottle of bubbles and was even happier with his "Robot Chicken". Go figure. I might buy one again.
Customer Review: Fun, but flawed Summary: 3 Stars
In a nutshell, this is a very fun toy (for kids and grownups). I have two at home and one at the office. The only real drawback is that the "hands" of the animals can come off pretty easy. I've taken to sewing them on with a lot of extra thread. Works GREAT afterwards!!!
