I purchased this even after reading other reviews that said it had an uncomfortable strap/seam across the middle. The "Princess" ones I purchased had that seam but my daughters didn't mind it. The Cars bed though didn't have that seam. It has a large "X" seam underneath instead of the horizontal one, so it's much more comfortable. The sleeping bag is very flimsy but you can always use your own bedding, it's great to have something portable to take to hotels, sleepovers, etc. that doesn't require blowing it up. And it's off the floor, unlike an air mattress. So I think it's great!Customer Review: Great for camping and overnight trips

Bought this for my second son. He's only 22 months but he does everything his 4 year old brother does, including climbing into and out of this bed. It's not comfortable for an adult at all, but perfect for the little guys. The corners of the bed cover are ripping already (only four uses) but that's ok, we throw his own sleeping bad over the frame and he doesn't even notice. Folds down great, storage in the closet or in the trunk is perfect. No too heavy and doesn't collapse on the kids or flip when they are getting in or out.Customer Review: Great for travel and camping!

We have the Cars and Fairies bed, buying the Princess bed as a birthday gift for a friend's daughter. The sleeping bags are really poor quality...wash well, have little built-in pillows, but eventually will rip at the corners where it's tucked over the bed like a fitted sheet. No worries, we just use our own blankets. My daughter started using hers at 15 months and son at nearly 3 years old. They are ideal for travel, camping, or even in your own house when you have to give the kid's bedrooms away to houseguests :)Customer Review: doesn't look comfortable

I purchased this after reading the review that the Cars model did not have the seam in the middle; the one I received did and it sure does not look even remotely comfortable. This also doesn't "lock" in place like it should - you can push it down so that allegedly it is but any motion by someone on the cot just works the legs out quite easily. Really contemplating returning this; the only reason am thinking about keeping is the return shipping would easily be half what I paid for it in the irst place.Customer Review: Would be great except for that middle bar!!

How uncomfortable to have to sleep with a bar poking you across the middle of your back! I mean kids can get sore backs too. My 7 year old son couldn't wait to sleep on it. After 3 nights (not in a row) he refuses to sleep on it. He would rather sleep on the floor! Luckily, it was just for sleeping on in his sister's room when he wanted to sleep in there. I didn't think he would be like that but I guess even kids have to be somewhat comfortable while they are sleeping!
