We just got this scooter for my daughter's second birthday. I also bought one for my best friend's son's 2nd birthday. It was very easy to assemble and is fun. We have ridden in the house on the tile and hardwood floors and in the driveway. At 2, my daughter is able to operate the scooter on her own but she cant get it going very fast (which is probably a good thing). She uses her feet to push it as much as turning the steering wheel right now. I think it will definitely grow with her and she will love it in the future. I had a ton of fun on it myself. And even my husband who is 6 ft and 190 lbs rides on it. I am satisfied with this purchase. Have already recommended to friends.Customer Review: Best toy I've ever purchased!

I bought this for my son's 3rd birthday. He LOVES it! He rides it non-stop. We have a lot of tile in our house so he rides it all day long. I think he spends more time riding this than walking these days. He even pushes it with his feet on the carpeted areas. I highly recommend this toy if you have children between the ages of three and ten. My six year old likes it so much that I'm going to have to go buy another one for her because they fight over it. They can even ride it together so I try to encourage that to avoid them fighting over it. Overall I can't say my base boards and ankles love this toy but it is completely worth it since they have so much fun on it!Customer Review: Fun for all ages

The grandparents bought two of these, one for each of my sons (age 1.5 years and 3 years). They love them. We have hard wood floors and tile floors throughout our downstairs, and the kids use them as push cars (putting their feet on the floor) rather than using the intended back and forth motion. Sometimes I ride one, at 240 lbs I'm a little over the weight limit but it does fine. Even I can't do the back and forth motion at any speed - mostly I push off on door frames, counters etc. I'm going to buy one for myself to play with the kiddos. The wheels are pretty hard on the wood floor finish, I'm going to try the polyurethane wheels from [...] and see if that helps.Customer Review: Used to be a great value - but not now!

My significant other and I have bought three of these for young relatives. All last year (2005) for the christmas season. They were a huge hit!
Unfortunately, we're not going to be buying ANY this year, despite there being a few nieces and nephews who would really love this toy. Apparently, these are so wonderful that the design was bought out by another distributor and the price increased from $17.50 to $50+!!! No thank you.
If you find one of these used for cheap or in a store..don't hesitate to buy it...it's a great toy. The price being raised so dramatically is just a slap in the face.

Customer Review: The Best Ride-on Ever!

I bought one of these for my 2-year old for Xmas and she loves it. She learned to operate it right away. My 4-yr old also loves it. We had 3 kids over for Xmas (10, 9 & 8)and they loved it so much that they are using the money we gave them as presents to get some of their own. I even enjoy riding it myself. My husband was wondering why they don't make an adult version of this.
The car is easy to operate, fun, durable (very hard plastic, but with very smooth edges) and it looks great. The best part is, that it doesn't need any batteries! It turns so smoothly too. It really is a pleasure to ride. I highly recommend it.
