Customer Review: Tears of disappointment, not of joy

Christmas day was to be a day of excitement for my grandchildren- a puppet theater and 8 puppets. However, we were not able to hang the puppet theater in the doorway as we received a defective tension rod. The disappointment on the children's faces was heartbreaking. I contacted the 1-800 number in the product's box for the problem and they will no longer deal with any problems with this product as they stopped distributing it in October. I purchased the item on Nov. 12 from Amazon and am waiting for a reponse. Since amazon no longer carries the product I must now either find another puppet theater or invest more money above the $99.99 for a new tension rod. I do not recommend this product- I think it will be a lot of fun after we purchase additional parts that work but for the price it should have arrived in perfect working order.
