Customer Review: Loved it! Way better than Catchphrase!

I received this game for Christmas, and LOVED it! We played practically the whole day. It turned out to be a great game for my grandma, my parents, my sibs, and even my husband who hates games like Catchphrase and Taboo.
Several of the reviews stated that they didn't like this game because the clue reader is limited to reading what is on the card, well, that is this game. If you want a game that is easier, where you can dictate the clue, then yes Catchphrase is probably easier. If Buzzword allowed for the clue reader to dictate the clue it would be a different game entirely, and would be far less challenging. Sticking to the Buzzword clues is what makes the game challenging, and in my opinion fun. It is fun to hear what my friends and family come up with when they hear the clues, and was blown away by how good some of them were. Also part of the game is stealing passed clues, which with my group almost always resulted in the other team getting the point (getting it right).
As I stated earlier, I found Buzzword to be a lot of fun, as did my family and friends. The instructions were easy, and there really is no setup, which makes it quick to start playing. It is a very simple game that turns out hours of fun!
