We rec'd this toy as a gift when our youngest turned 1. We love it! She's now almost 2 and along with her 3.5y old sister, they play with this every time they take a bath. I'm guessing there were some design flaws initially that have since been fixed as our boat floats as does the life preserver. The toys are great fun. We highly recommend this toy!
