Customer Review: Fair, It is basically a mylar balloon. Not very sturdy.

The children had a great time w/ this toy. Luckily, I purchased more than one as the first one was destroyed withing 24 hrs. This was purchased as a birthday present for a seven year old boy. The item hovers best when filled with helium. However, not everyone in our area would fill an item that was not purchased at their establishment. We found a party supply shop that charged $4.00 for a fill. You will have to refill it as it does lose air over time.
Description of 3-Foot Hover Disc - Vertigo
Flip it. Toss it. Spin it. The 3-Foot Hover Disc is a revolutionary toy balloon with a unique design that makes it ideal for games and tricks, indoors or out. Just fill it with helium or air, and let the high-flying fun begin. Measures approximately 3' wide. Requires helium or air pump (sold separately).The innovative hover disc is a cross between a frisbee and a balloon. Made of very lightweight materials, the disc has a circumference of approximately 34 inches. Even before you add air or helium the disc will fly through the air not unlike a like a large, flat frisbee. But add helium or air and you can make the disc perform unusual tricks with a little bit of practice. The disc's lightweight material may make it easy to puncture, but you can cover any holes with clear packing tape and you can also add more air or helium through the fill valve when it starts to lose its shape. The hover disc is designed for indoor and outdoor use but be careful when you play with it outside because it could easily blow away in strong winds. Helium not included.
