Customer Review: Great toy for my first grader

We bought this toy for my first grader for Christmas, and we've all enjoyed playing with it. Some people have found the lack of country education disappointing, but I knew that when I bought it. It focuses on learning about the continents as a whole. Learning about the continents will lay the foundation later, when she starts learning about countries.
Pros: It has two learning modes, Discovery and Find. Discovery is when Barbie teaches as you touch. Find is a game where Barbie quizzes you. It also has several subject - food, animals, sites, etc. Great for first & second graders.
Cons: Sometimes the map can be a little slow in recognizing your touch. Also, you have to have a little patience on the find game. After each question, there is a tune that she has to go through before you can answer. It's a cute tune, but after each question - it can start getting annoying! :)
I bought this when it was on clearance for $15 and I think it was well worth it. I would probably spend up to $35 for it, and feel I've got my money's worth.
