Customer Review: Great Toy-Horrible Seller

I ordered 2 of these, one for myself and the other as a holiday gift for someone out of state. I opened the box as soon as they came and noticed that one was broken. I immediately called the seller-the recorded message said they would get back to me asap. When a week went by, I contacted my credit card company and they are currently working on it. Needless to say, it's too late for the holiday season, but now I'm hoping to get another one by Valentine's Day. For anyone with a sense of political humour (and we all need that now), I would highly recommend it, but get it from a different vendor than I did.
