I was looking for a SitnSpin that was close to the original my children had enjoyed so much many years ago. This is close in that it has none of the "bells and whistles" but it is much lighter weight than the original so I question it's durablity. Having said that my grandchildren and their friends are having a ball with it and that is, after all, what counts the most.Customer Review: Sit "and" Spin

This is a much more afforadable "knockoff", it doesn't seem as durable as the "original, but, my grandson loves it in, oh, so many ways. Scary ways, although he uses it as a toy to spin around on, he also uses it as a "stool". He has learned not to step on the spinning base though :). So I guess the educational value is actually 5 star. Great product for the money!Customer Review: One of my son's favorites

I got this for my son when he was 18 months. He just got frustrated with it and didn't want to use it. Now he is 3 and he loves it. Every day he pulls it out and spins while announcing "I'm getting dizzy...". Eventually he falls off and gets right on it again. Takes some coordination to do it too so probably good for athletic development.Customer Review: Lots of giggling!

My three and a half year old nieces both hopped right on and began spinning around. I hear they are still using them consistently after a couple of weeks, and I'm thrilled they seem to love their Spin Arounds so much. Assembly was simple, seem durable, and the price was right! My 3 yr old daughter sits on it and can barely make it spin. It is made to thin to hold her and still spin well. She weighs 35lbs. It says up to 45lbs. They need to improve the new design and make it where it will actually spin like the old one. I loved mine and I am disappointed my daughter will not enjoy hers as much.
