Customer Review: Gears of War COG Tags Review

I'm impressed and in awe of these tags and am extremely happy with my purchase!
These tags are made of a non-ferrous but study metal, while the metal rings joining these COG Tags to the steel bead dog tag chain are of steel also.
Both tags are the same in size, weight, and inscription ("PROPERTY OF THE COALITION OF ORDERED GOVERNMENTS"). They cannot be removed from the chain without removing one or more of the steel rings suspending them to the necklace so adjustment is impossible.
They tend to 'clink' a lot; a good example would be to take two large coins like 50 cent pieces and lightly jingle in hand. It's almost exactly that sound, and by lightly I don't mean jingling in hand rapidly. If you don't want the locust to hear you coming you can simply swing one tag on the opposite side of the necklace and balance it with the other, but in my opinion the clinking isn't really a problem at all.
The necklace is joined at the end by a carabiner on one side and a ring on the other (once again removal of the tags is impossible without removing the support rings or the necklace carabiner/ring ends).
THE SIZE OF THE COGS
From the apex to apex of a cog, the diameter measures: 4.5 cm or 2 3/4 in
From the dip of the cog to the opposing dip, the diameter measures: 2.5 cm or 1 3/8 in
'Hole' in the middle of a cog measures: 1.9 cm or 3/4 in (it's pretty much 2 cm)
These tags are also slightly dulled and smudged to create a battle worn appearance, a good touch in my opinion.
Overall: Very well made! Very well done! Will buy another pair for my friend's birthday! These are just so well done it's worth every penny, it just sucks to wait.
