Customer Review: Got a ring cleaner instead of the ring

I received the box that my order came in. When I opened it, all I found was a container filled with little silver balls (it's called a Bottle Cleaner). I thought that since the cleaner container was open that maybe the ring had fallen out into the box. I searched throughout the entire box, but did not find the ring I ordered. I called amazon to tell them that I did not receive the ring. They told me that they would send a replacement, but that it would take about 3 to 4 weeks. This is a birthday present and I need it by the 12th. So, I told them that I would rather have a refund because I can go buy it at a store for the same price that I bought it online; which is what I should have done in the first place.
