Customer Review: What could be better to bring back clix than Thor's Mighty Chariot!

I'll get right into it: Thor's Mighty Chariot is awesome!
As both a Marvel fan and a Heroclix player, I really am quite happy that they released this guy.
The best thing about this particular piece is the size. Most clix figures can be somewhat small but this figure is massive. The clouds contribute quite a bit to the weight but it feels like a quality piece. Furthermore, the sculpt itself is pretty damn good.
As for the dial, I would say it's cool in that this isn't Thor himself (which I hope to be stronger) but it's a special clix. The card contains the keyword Vehicle as to hint to more in the future. His special powers are pretty nice and the numbers on the dial are...well they're good in that he's got 12s and 18s but they drop pretty low for a god of thunder.
The only things that kind of bugged me is the paint and in the case of the clouds the lack thereof as well as the lightning bolts. Now for me, I enjoy painting/repainting the figures so I tweaked what was needed and repainted the clouds and other small details. As for the lightning bolts, I had to sacrifice an older figure to replace the bolts to improve the look.
All in all, the piece is nice and its one of those figs that you can keep out and show off on your desk. The dial is strong but, as for most versions of Thor, should be stronger. Its almost as if they're afraid to make a strong Thor as to not upset the Superman fanboys (jeesh). If you don't mind how it looks out of the box or you, like me, enjoy modding/painting figs then by all means get this piece.
As both a fan of Thor and a fan of Clix I can honestly say this is such a strong and promising sign that clix will make a return.
