I purchased More Milk Plus online and it didn't work for me one bit. I followed the instructions perfectly and even emailed the manufacturer for additional tips, which they gladly provided...However those tips did not work either. I ended up getting a refund and am now searching for a product that will work.

Motherlove's best-selling More Milk Plus formula is now an alcohol free liquid concentrate in vegetarian capsules. A safe and effective herbal formula designed to quickly increase breast milk. This product does not contain any milk, dairy, egg, fish, shellfish, tree nuts, peanuts, wheat, or gluten. Not for use during pregnancy. Suggested Use: 1 capsule 4 times daily. Women over 175 lbs 2 capsules 3 times daily. Take each dose with a small amount of liquid. For maximum effectiveness, avoid drinking liquids 20 minutes before or after each dose. Can be taken with Goat's Rue. Fenugreek seed, Blessed thistle, Nettle leaf, Fennel seed, non-GMO Soy lecithin, Coconut oil, Vegetable cellulose.
