Customer Review: Wasn't our favorite... not even close.
Summary: 3 Stars
My family loves games. We play games/cards regularly. Since Qwirkle (also by Mindware) is one of our top favorites, I thought we'd enjoy Dizios, also by Mindware. We've only played the game once, but didn't even make it to the end. It just didn't seem fun to anyone, so we all decided to quit and play something else. Matching one tile at a time was just boring. It wasn't easy matching the colors and corners perfectly, so each turn took a long time. The point value of each turn was low also. It was a very...slow...and....dull...game. There were directions included for a solitaire version. I can see that possibly being fun for my 4 or 7 year old playing alone and matching tiles, kind of like a puzzle. I don't see my family playing Dizios as a group anymore. With choices like Qwirkle, Qwirkle Cube, Blokus, Farkel, Yahtzee, etc... on the shelf, why pick Dizios? ... blah
