I gave MightyMind as my son's 3-year-old birthday gift. He is bored with his toys, games, DVDs, and books recently, and starts to misbehave. I showed him how to play MightyMind today, and wow, he played for almost 2 hours straight. I only helped him with 1 or 2 pieces to put the big star, the big triangle, and the rocket together, and he was able to solve the rests by his own. He was tired afterwards and did not bother his little brother. MightyMind keeps my kid out of trouble. I highly recommend it to any parents.Customer Review: A must for every child!

We got Mighty Mind for our son as his 3 year birthday present. All of us (parents and child alike) have had a lot of fun with it since then. The kit starts off the kids with easy shapes to get familiar with the concept and then moves on to more interesting and challenging designs. This game has improved my son's pattern recognition and dexterity all while having lots of fun. We infact just got 5 sets as Christmas gifts for his friends. I purchased Mighty Mind for my son shortly after his 3rd birthday (January 2002). He loves to figure out the puzzles and is able to do the more difficult ones already. It is amazing how this toy teaches a child the concept of two squares making a rectangle, two triangles make a diamond, etc. He will definitely be getting the second part of this learning tool: SuperMind. This toy definitely builds confidence in kids, when they complete a puzzle. They are learning without even realizing it!Customer Review: Mighty Mind - builds confidence

My daughter just got this for Christmas. She is 4 1/2 and loves it. It gives instant confidence and is good for an active child who doesn't like to wait a long time. She got oodles of toys for Christmas and she keeps coming back to this one, so I ordered the Supermind upgrade. For those of you who are missing pieces, maybe you can order them from the manufacturer. They were very courteous and helpful AND they answered the phone immediately! Went through this game with 3 of my children. Builds confidence, although after the 20th card, it may get frustrating with no clues (even for a 5 yr old), but with alittle encouragement from mom or siblings, they build confidence, creativity, and increase their math spacial perception (good for later math skills). My children are all now in either high maths/english/gifted programs. Highly recommended but only if parent/caregiver will help push them along occasionally when they are stuck.
