Though I like the idea of the toy, there are couple of reasons I didn't like this as much as I though I would:
1. From the photos it appears that the figures are like kid's jigsaw puzzles where the border is raised so that kids can easily fit the pieces without the pieces moving. But only two figures are like that. The rest are just pieces of thick paper with figures printed. So no real value for money and makes me think that the packaging is a marketing poly that makes customers think all puzzles are of the same type.
2. The puzzles range from just joining two half circles to form a circle (which I think a 2 or 2.5 yr old could do) to fairly complex ones probably more appropriate for a 5-6 year olds. Unless you are buying it for a 2-3 year old and plan to use it for 3 years or so you will 'waste' part of it.

Excellent toy. It will keep kids busy for a while. I have three kids, including twins (3 1/2), they all loved this product. I also have the the super mighty mind (different puzzles, same pieces, more dificult).
The toy comes with a series of pieces in various shapes and colors. The pieces are very easy to handle, very durable. The objetive is to pick a card (these are large cards). First, kids have to identify and pick the pieces they will be using. Then, they form a picture or another figure using this small pieces. The first puzzles are easy. Then the level of difficulty increases.
I have bought this product as gifts for friends, all the kids have liked it once they try it. I once saw a "to go" version, same game, same size, but in a travel case.

I purchased this educational toy for my daughter's third birthday. Even though it was challenging, she caught on quickly, and plays with it almost everyday, I'm going to purchase a higher level of difficulty to build upon the skills she already mastered with this set. It also is a great conversation piece at holidays and gatherings at the house, where toys are brought out, because believe it or not, it challenges adults and kids of all ages. It took me a few minutes to figure out a few of the higher level puzzles. Great buy.... since we're all looking for that educational toy that the kids are going to love, and not get bored with. Just watch those little pieces, especially if you have smaller children, or toddlers who still put everything in their mouth.Customer Review: It caused a near riot in my classroom

On the recommendation of a colleague, I purchased 3 MightyMinds and a SuperMind (Advanced MightyMind) for my classroom. I was absolutely amazed to see the kids clamoring for a chance to play with these. The carefully programmed sequence of the puzzle patterns really encouraged the children to pursue the more challenging puzzles without any encouragement on my part. These simple inexpensive game activities not only build essential logic and developmental skills, they also keep the kids intensively challenged. Even after they've completed a puzzle series, the kids keep going back to try it again and again. I intend to purchase additional design tile sets to expand the basic sets I purchased so the rest of my class can participate during their breaks.Customer Review: very good educational toy

I bought this last year in Guam. Though not fun to play with (for a child esp when easy puzzles are done and face with more challenging board) this toy will definitely develop the child's creative thinking skills. My 4 year old niece doesn't see this as a toy but a study material that she needs to solve. I will brought this out during study time and let her do 2-3 puzzles at a time (after 3 puzzles she will lost interest already).
The tiles are sturdy - you cannot break them and nice colors. The board is the disappointment, they are just thick paper and the tiles will not keep in place when you do the puzzles. My niece keeps on arranging the tiles to create the puzzle design - which is quite frustrating for her.
