Customer Review: Not the quality I expected from Melissa and Doug

This puzzle is not of the quality of would expect of Melissa and Doug - the pieces are a bit flimsy and there a few large pieces that you can tell were meant to be two separate ones, but were not cut properly. Aside from the that, it was much more difficult for my son than I thought it would be. He's under 8 (the recommended age for the puzzle), but he loves puzzles and is quite good at them. Therefore, I knew it would be a challenge, but the colors are very subtle and it's hard to distinguish among them (the puzzle we received is much darker looking than the one pictured on Amazon).
