My (then) 21 month old received this puzzle for Christmas, his very first puzzle. He loves it! The pieces are easy for him to hold, and it is just challenging enough to hold his interest without getting frustrated. He has played with it almost daily and it has held up very well. Very cute puzzle, we highly recommend it!Customer Review: Good toy, not as enticing as other M&D puzzles

We have several Melissa and Doug Chunky Puzzles. This one isn't my son's (16 mons) favorite; he plays with the pieces like they were blocks but don't really interact with the puzzle itself. I still look forward to vocabulary building with him with this toy later. But for now, farm theme is not his favorite.
