I got these for my preschooler hoping that they'd wash out well since they're geared toward kids... well they washed out of his clothes okay, but won't come off the board. Not that they are just leaving light lines or marks, part of the coloring won't come off at all even with a lot of scrubbing. I'm hoping that a board cleaner will get it off, but I was hoping just an eraser would do...Customer Review: Markers

The markers did not work well on the white board of the easel we purchased for the kids. It was like they were going across an oily surface. What did appear, especially the red, would not completely wipe off. We ended up purchasing business, office quality markers and a business quality product to erase the markers.Customer Review: Don't Bother!

I bought these for my son's Birthday which was at the beginning of THIS MONTH (November)...needless to say all of the markers have already gone dry. And it wasn't due to caps being left off or anything on our part. I appreciate that they don't smell up the house with toxic fumes, but they also didn't even last a month!Customer Review: Great Markers

The markers themselves are great. Using them for small children (less than about 4 or 5) is not.
Small children will want to put the ends and caps into their mouth. Small children will not understand that the cap must be replaced. Small children will lose them or their caps.

Anyone who has read my reviews knows that I am very
partial to Melissa and Doug just because I have never
found anything that they make that I have not loved.
All their things are great for kids durability wise
and easy to use.
