Customer Review: Not as heavy duty as I'd hoped

Our 2-yo loves puzzles and we thought he was ready to try 30-piece after having 24-piece ones forever. I thought it would be heavy cardboard like our other ones, but it's actually pretty light-weight. The pieces are not much thicker than standard jigsaw puzzles, definitely more flimsy than I'd hoped. Working them on a carpet floor, they don't stay hooked together. Still love the design, lots of fun to work.
