My daughter is 2 1/2 and loves to color. I have used washable crayons but I hate that they would melt in her hands. Regular crayons would usually break within a few days of normal use. They crayons are awesome. They are super hard, last a long time and don't break with normal use. Also, the color doesn't seem to rub off onto little hands like some brands. I also LOVE the case they come in. The lid clicks closed and little hands usually need help opening it.
I really can't say enough good things about these crayons. I will be getting them again and I will be giving them as gifts to other parents.

I bought these for my 20 month old son who loves to color. He usually breaks his Crayola crayons after a few days, not always on purpose but because he will grip them too hard.
My son has used these everyday since Christmas and has yet to break one. The case it comes in is sturdy but a little hard for the little guy to open. He noticed that the crayons didn't have paper and then began coloring instead of spending the next 10 minutes peeling the paper off. I would definitely recommend these, just another Melissa & Doug product I have been really pleased with!

I bought these to replace the triangular Crayola crayons I purchased for my two children - I keep them in the car for outings to restaurants, karate class, etc. so we always have something fun to do. Not only do they have a great carrying case & a triangular shape which helps all of us keep out from under the table, but they are also incredibly durable!
When unsupervised, my soon-to-be 2 year old "artiste" managed to break every one of her Crayola triangular crayons. These have yet to break & have been to many an outing with 10+ kids.

I am a fan of most all M & D products..these are no exception. I like that the shape is easy for the toddlers to grasp. They are durable and no paper for the kids to tear off and throw on the floor. These have been getting used quite frequently and we have only had one break. Bonus that they don't roll of the table so they are also good to take with to restaurants for little ones to color with..one of the things I hate is when the crayons roll off onto restaurants floor and I have to shuffle around to try to get them out from under the table!Customer Review: These crayons are WONDERFUL!

These crayons are perfect for my 3-year-old daughter and 5-year-old son. They seem to be the perfect size for their little hands. They don't break easily and don't roll around. The case makes it easy to clean them up and keep them neat. The color variety is good, and I'm pleased with the vibrancy of the colors. Since we have gotten these, my children want to color more often. I will keep these on their wish list, so hopefully we can keep them well-stocked! They are a little more pricey than regular crayons, but they are so much better.
