Customer Review: Fun, but not so durable
Summary: 4 Stars
My 18-month-old has been playing with this puzzle for several months now, and she adores it. She is now getting to the point where she can fit the shapes correctly into their places, and she is learning the names of the shapes and the colors. She also enjoys stacking the pieces and arranging them on the floor. They're the perfect size for small hands and the colors are so appealing to her.
The only problem I have with this puzzle is that the colors are just paper on top of the wooden shapes, and it comes off very easily. It's rubbed off all the corners of several of the shapes already. I had hoped this puzzle would last for several years, but it is already looking very worn. It's going to look very shabby for future children, and I will have no chance of selling it to another family when we're done with it.
However, my daughter doesn't care about that and gets lots of enjoyment out of this puzzle every day, so it is still one of our favorites. Hopefully in the future they'll make this a little more durable.
