I ordered this because we were starting to get a collection of puzzles that were just piling up on top of each other. I read reviews that said this does not fit all puzzles. I had no problem fitting both normal and sound puzzles into this rack. For the price, this is a great addition to organizing toys. This works great if you have several Melissa & Doug puzzles to store, but the nature of it is that since it weighs almost nothing, my granddaughter sometimes inadvertently pulls it over when she is removing a puzzle from it, and everything else falls out. The concept is great but a little tricky for kids to get the puzzles in the slots correctly. Because the width is just slightly narrower than the puzzleboards the puzzles can be easily misaligned when inserting or drop if not completely pushed to the back of the rack. I bought this item for my 2 year granddaughter last week. This rack works so well for those hard to store/stack wooden puzzles. My daugther "in-law" took one look at how nice the puzzles were stored in this rack, that she suggested that Nana get Jolene one for Christmas to have at home. I desperately needed a place for puzzles. It's okay. My daughter has dumped the entire rack over several times while trying to get 1 puzzle out- and she is 4. It does the job. The chunky puzzles don't fit but I knew that when I bought it. It is not a bad product and it does some of the job I need it to.
