Bought for my 8 year old grand daughter. She loves the horses, and has memorized each and every card that came with them. She can recite all the info on any you pick out for her, so I am very pleased with this toy. She has learned more about horses in a couple of weeks since she was given this than she learned all year taking riding lessons. Very good gift, excellent toy.Customer Review: Durable and fun

I don't really know why my 2.5 son loves these horses but he does. He eats, sleeps and plays with them. They are all in excellent condition and we have NO problems with fur coming off. After about 8 months of play one of the heads broke off but it's to be expected with how much and hard he plays with them. Their is also so many in the box that he won't mind losing one.Customer Review: Piece of junk!!

Do not waste your money on this one -- too many other nicer horse options out there. The horses are cheap fuzzy creatures. More effort by the manufacturer was put into the wood container that holds the horses but it is not a fun way to play with the horses anyway. My daughter put all the horses in a barn yard house she has and never looked at them again!Customer Review: This was a gift

This was a Christmas gift so have not seen how it has held up or how much it has been played with. But the 8 year old who got it really seemed to be pleased with it. The horses are "fuzzy" which I thought might be a problem but she proceeded to remove each horse and inspect them all. She then went off to play with her Pasture Pals.Customer Review: My 6 y/o loves to play with these horses.

The horses are cute and well made. Alone they are a good item, but it is somewhat confusing that they are so small, too small for the Melissa and Doug barn. I would suggest that the company indicate they are much smaller than the barn (by the same company) in the ad, or also make horses that are identified as fitting the barn.
