My son is crazy about trucks and firetrucks and like puzzles too, so I thought this would make a great toy for him. As everyone here says it definitely is big for little hands, sturdy and long. But whats firetruck about the puzzle? It looks like ordinary red truck. I would expect the puzzle to exaggerate all things one would see on a firetruck. The ladders (u can hardly notice this), helmets, firefighters, sirens, water hoses, cones, hooks and much more. Its an ok puzzle though, for the price you pay.Customer Review: Wonderful Puzzle!

This is an amazing puzzle. It is large and extremely sturdy. My 5 year old boy has put it together at least 200 times and now his 3 year old brother is starting to use it. The box is just as sturdy as the puzzle which is important too! I have a couple other Melissa and Doug floor puzzles and will continue to buy these when I see them, they are worth the money for their quality and durability. I hope they continue to make more! Don't hesitate to try these puzzles, you won't be sorry.Customer Review: prfect gift

I purchased this puzzle for my three and a half year old grandson who is really into puzzles and fire trucks and he had a wonderful time with it. The first time he put it together it was a little challenging which was good for him but after that he enjoyed putting it together many more times. I will be purchasing more of these Melissa and Doug toys for him,they are very well constructed and a good learning tool as well.Customer Review: Grandson Loves It!

I have to say that my 3 year old grandson loves this puzzle. In fact, he loved it so much that I bought him 2 other puzzles by Doug & Melissa. I like them because the pieces are big and extremely durable. He stands on them, walks on them and a little of everything else, but they still hold up. This puzzle addresses two of his greatest thrills -- firefighters and puzzles!! How much better can it get!!!Customer Review: Great beginner floor puzzle

I got this as a first floor puzzle for my 27 month old son. He loves it! He needed a bit of help the first few times through it, but now he can do it completely on his own. We've had it for about three months now and he still loves to do it, so it's defnitely held his interest. And the cardboard is sturdy enough to withstand the frequent handling. A defnite winner!
