I got this supplemental set of art supplies to go with the easel I bought for my 4 year old twin nieces' birthday. They LOVE playing with the easel and have made many works of art already. My 4 1/2 yr old daughter received at Christmas and absolutely loves her easel, chalk and paint supplies. The air tight paint cups are wonderful for minimizing waste of paint. We put the lids on and if she doesn't paint for a couple of days the paint stays fresh and ready to use.Customer Review: Needed for Easel

I bought the Melissa and Doug Easel, the Easel Companion Set. and the extra rolls of paper for my 6 year old grandson. I highly recommend buying the Companion Set. It comes with everything needed for a budding artist! He loves the paints best, although he uses the chalk too.Customer Review: What better gift than the gift of creativity

This is the best art supply kit I've ever seen on the market. There is an abundance of paint as well as drip-proof containers for the budding child artist. Great companion to the easel...only problem is the marker....difficult for little people to use as the point has to be pressed quite firmly against the white board..purchased a replacement at local office supply store and my granddaughter had much more success with it.
