My son and nephews (ages 3-8) thought this was a very cool set of beads that weren't "girly." So many bead sets are flowers and butterflies, pinks and purples with glitter, and these tribal beads are great for boys or girls. Excellent quality and selection, well-packaged, reasonable price. Bead-stringing is a great fine motor activity, and this set will fill the bill, no matter the gender of the child.
