I bought two sets of these pots and pans for my granddaughters for Christmas. We all LOVED THEM....so much in fact that I decided I would come on here today to buy 2 veggie sets....I looked at the Pots and Pans and here they raised the price A LOT since I bought them a couple weeks ago. I paid $[...] each plus free shipping and now they "say" they were $[...] and are "on sale" for $[...] or something.....that is not true according to what I paid just a couple weeks ago. Bought this set over a year ago for my eight year old, four year old and one year old daughters for their wooden kitchen. What a great deal. They play with it daily. Yes, we have had the same issue with some of the red paint being scratched off, but it hasn't been bad. I still would rather they play with these solid wood toys than with plastic. I love the open ended play and there is enough to a couple kids to play with. Good product. Would buy again or as a gift for certain.Customer Review: great toy

These are not very durable. After less than a year of use, the paint on all the cookware has bubbled and flaked off in big chunks. The pots aren't solid wood but wood composite made of presswood material. So after some rough and tumble, that starts to disintegrate - causing the paint to come off. These are pots & pans, Melissa and Doug, how hard is it to just make little wooden pots and pans and paint them red? Pass on these.Customer Review: Little cook

These are great. My granddaughter loves them. I order a lot of Melissa and Doug toys for her. She is Autistic,so she plays different.
The red color is good. The wood is great. I could not ask for better toys. Very,very well worth the money.
All of the children play with these. Ages 8yrs.to 2yrs. Including the boys.lol
I would recommend these to anyone that wants good toys that last.
