My 20 month old twins received this set for christmas! They absolutely love it! They weren't interested in opening the rest of their presents once they got to playing with this one. They love taking the lid on and off and trying to fit things in it.
And as always, great quality product from Melissa and Doug! Some reviewers had problems with the paint chipping, this is not the case with us, and trust me, they've been thrown around alot! LOL
Overall great buy, am considering buying a second set so the girls have more plans.
Ps. My 7 year old daughter also loves to play with this set!

I bought this set to go along with the KidKraft kitchen for my boys for Christmas this year. They absolutely love them and play with them constantly, but buyer beware, they appear to be red, but are clearly pink when you get them out of the package. I was in denial until my husband put them up against something red on the kitchen, but they really are PINK. For us, it was Christmas Eve, and we kept them, but if you are buying in hopes of being gender neutral, keep looking, because these are definately PINK!!

If you have a daughter like mine who loves to play house this is a wonderful little kitchen set. We bought her the set along with the Melissa and doug food cutting set for Christmas. She played house all day and everyday since. I love that it is made of wood, love that it comes with a pot holder and spoons. The paint color is alittle more pink in person than the bright red I thought it would be, but I still really like the color. It really is a cute little kitchen accessory. My daughter loves it and has played with it nonstop. I highly recommend.Customer Review: Love these pots and pans!

I bought two sets of these pots and pans for my two boys, ages 3 and 18 months. They are wonderful! My boys love playing with them. I bought the Melissa and Doug fruits and vegetables to go with them. We often eat potato and stawberry soup. They are sturdy and durable (they have been dropped from about 3 feet onto the kitchen floor and haven't broken) Sometimes the red paint does rub off onto the walls or other toys. Just use a Magic Eraser and PRESTO..marks are all gone!If you are a fan of Melissa and Doug products, don't pass these up!Customer Review: Best kitchen set out there!

We bought this for my children at Christmas (3 1/2 years & 16 months), and they still play with it everyday. The baby likes to put put small things in and cover them up with the lid or use the spoon to stir things. My toddler is constantly making 'car soup' or 'lego pie' on the stove while wearing the mitts. After 2 months of hardcore use, there are still no scratches in the paint,dings or dents of any kind. This set was built to last, and I love it just as much as the kids. Very VERY pleased with this purchase. Worth every penny!!
