Although the blocks themselves are all much smaller than I had imagined (choking hazards not for the young child), they are great little blocks!
I bought them when my son was 2 and he is 4 now and still making castles and towers with them. A timeless toy and child is sure to enjoy.

My three year old daughter really likes it - yes it is small & easy to knock over - but she & I find that to be challenging & fun! We spend at least 30-45 minutes building a project & she is always smiling & plotting her next move. Not all kids like building and construction! My daughter was not interested at various stages of her development. So although it was not played with by her, I still used it to enforce teaching shapes and colours. If these blocks have a prop 65 warning(known to cause cancer)doesn't that mean they are dangerous? Check info on item. No one else seems to have noticed this.Ive noticed many melissa and doug items here on amazon have the prop 65 warning and it makes me wary to purchase them.
