When I received my first one, before it came out of the box, both arms had fallen off. I tried for two hours so snap them on, but to no avail and now I have a very sore thumb. Luckily Amazon said they would send me another one. Well it just got here, and one of the arms has fallen off. I'm not even going to try with this one. I see that Amazon has placed this product under review, and that's a good thing because it is not ready for sale. The model itself looks very nice, and I'm sure it would look amazing if it had arms, but until all this gets sorted out don't buy this.Customer Review: ODST Soldier

I bought this for my 10 year old son, who has many Halo figures. The minute we took it out of the package, the arms tore apart, and would not hold back together. It is poorly made. Pieces were just falling apart and we couldn't put them back because they wouldn't stay in place. My son's reaction was, "Wow,this is cheap." I would not recommend it to anyone who plays with action figures, or collectables. The other Halo action figures, and collector's items that my son has were not 'cheap' like this one.Customer Review: double trouble on Xmas

This was given to my son along with the Recon figure. Both toys were broken withing in second of opening the packages, this on by me while opening the package. The right leg came right off, and that is not a good thing. I had to super glue it back together and re-attach it. The glue has held but it is just a matter of time before it fails. The Recon soldier had similar problems, the hand broke off and had some assembly issues.Customer Review: DON'T BUY!!!!!!

My Son is ten and is very gentle with his toys. I however, opened this one for him. I open it and the legs brake off, the gun breaks in half when getting out of box, and arms and hands fell off. If you are a 25 year old nerd who buys these and keeps them in the box, then whatever. I will never buy from crappy McFarlane's AGAIN!!!!!!! I could not find anything positive about this item, DO NOT Review: best halo figureSummary: 5 Stars I had read all the reviews for this figure and I took a chance purchasing this figure. Ounce I had opened this figure everthing everyone said was wrong. Nothing broke and it was very durable. The only problem which wasn't even a problem really was that one of the figure's shoulder pads fell off every ounce and a while so I would reccomend super glueing them and then he was great. I reccomend.
