I bought these for my 3-yr. old granddaughter. I had also bought her the Melissa & Doug block set, and the ones from Melissa & Doug are a lot more substantial.Customer Review: Enjoyable, durable toy

My son has had a really good time playing with these blocks. They seem well made and are a nice size so that they don't take up too much space in his room.
