Our three year old is a huge Wizard of Oz fan, she watches the movie with her grandma as often as she can. Dorothy and Toto are her favorite and she even dressed up as Dorothy for Halloween. Santa brought her this doll for Christmas and she loves it and the removable basket with Toto. The only complaint that I have and I knew ahead of time is that the red shoes come off.We have had a few moments of "panic" because we can't find them. I don't see the point in removable shoes and wish they did not come off. All in all it's a sweet doll.Customer Review: Another pretty Barbie doll

This doll is just as described. It was a great price from Amazon and arrived on time. As for the other reviewer complaining about the shoes- no they aren't glittery, but at least they are red. I would have never complained to Mattel, that's just being too picky. And as far as them not staying on her feet, have you EVER had a Barbie doll whose shoes actually stayed on?? Overall, it's just as described and a great deal. My kids play with them all the time.Customer Review: So pretty!

I love the Wizard of Oz, and for Halloween I thought about being Dorothy, but I decided to be a cowgirl instead. Her ruby-red shoes are so detailed, and her dress looks so cute on her with her brunette braids and smile. And little Toto in his cute picnic basket couldn't get sweeter. I totally want this adorable doll, Dorothy, and her dog, Tot, from the Wizard of Oz!

The doll arrived on time and in great condition. It was just as described. It seems to be more of a collectable Barbie, but my 3 1/2 year old loves playing with her. We glued the ruby slippers on her feet, so they wouldn't get lost, and I've had to re-tie the bows on her braids, but that's all just normal wear for a Barbie. I bought this doll for my 2 1/2 year old because her sister (4 yrs) had received one. They both love the doll but it is my 2 year old's favorite toy. She carries Dorothy around with her everywhere and loves the Toto with the basket. (The shoes are cute but I hid them from her until she is a little older). I was surprised that she favors this one over all her stuffed animals.
