Okay, it's been years and I'm still buying Polly Pockets for all the preschool girls in my life. They can't get enough. Why you ask? The combination of having to use their fine motor skills (fingers and hands to manipulate the tiny pieces)along with the social/dramatic play that the Polly Pocket toys offers, keep the kidlings enthralled with this product. I never set out to buy Polly, but the children, (which are many in my sphere) continue to love and cherish the Polly experience. So there, I'm a Polly advocate. If the kids are smiling, playing, laughing and not watching tv, I'm in! Two "Yippies" for Polly Pockets Pool Party Playset.

My daughters really loved this toy when we first brought it home, but it just keeps falling apart. The slides will not stay attached, the pedestals for the base won't stay on (with one leg that refuses to snap in at all). The parts for the tv monitor at the top keep falling off. Nothing on this will stay put. Even just moving it from one room to the other causes the entire toy to just come to pieces. This started right after I put it together with my daughters getting upset because one thing was falling off after the other.
I would NOT buy this unless you are intending on gluing the thing together. Its flimsy, although a cute idea, and they did like to play with it when it is together. Comes with two dolls and a dog, plus some little tiny accessory pieces.

I got this toy for my allowance.And this tow is easy to bulit. And when you make the polly pocket's slide down the slides they go real fast! they don't break when you hold the toy. even when you hold the slides! it's imposible for the swing to come off.The polly pocket that came with the toy hair canges pink when you put it in cold water like magic.My polly pocket's loves to have ther birthday's there .And they take tan's,they drink lemanade when ther dhirsty,and they turn they radio on.Customer Review: Buy some super glue also.

I bought this for my 3&1/2 yr old daughter for Easter, because she saw the commercials on tv, and really wanted it. It is cute with nice little details, but it does not hold together at all. My daughter didn't want to play with it because it fell apart everytime she picked it up, so finally we used super glue to hold every single part together and now she likes to play with it. Overall, it is made well, just glue it as you put it together the first time.Customer Review: Decent toy for the money but absolutely buy some super glue before you assemble this toy!

I bought this toy for my 6 year old who loves polly Pocket toys. It was very simple to assemble, however, the pieces are constantly coming apart. It was absolutely maddening! Finally I decided to super glue the thing together and ever since it has been great. My daughter plays with it every day. So a word to the wise, buy some super glue right away and save yourself the aggravation.
