I think this item is very cute, but it is more work to make it all work together. The elevater is cool that brings up Polly to walk the runway, the only problem is, is that everything else that you have set up in the other rooms is very sensitive to any movement, So when you make her walk around or play on another level, everthing falls off. Not fun with so many small pieces. I think if would be better if there were more stationary funiture just so that it all stays and you can actually play with it. My daughter wanted this so badly and only talked about it for months leading up to Chirstmas, she has attempted to play with it only once, because she kept getting frustrated and couldn't enjoy herself. I guess I would recomend it for much older girls who don't mind redecorating over and over again.Customer Review: What a disappointment!! Return before X-mas!!

My daughters LOVE Polly Pocket anything (4 and 8). My daughter just had a birthday and received this toy. I knew others had posted problems/issues but thought my daughter loves Polly toys so much she would overlook the flaws (as she has in the past with other Polly toys). But she even said she "is very SAD that it looked like so much fun on TV but it isn't and falls apart..." I would follow the other reviews, if you have bought this (it was on sale last week at Target) I would return it now. It doesn't stay together (worse than other Polly items) and overall has poor design-not much fun. And my daughter was upset the clothes were magnetic. She also received the race to the mall set and didn't really have any negative things to say. This toy is just an overall disappointment.Customer Review: Fun but cheap quality

This toy has some fun things to do with the fashion runway and such, but I have to say that it falls apart way too easily. My daughter is not rough on toys at all. The fashion runway elevator works good at first, but you have to make sure the boots are facing the right direction or it gets stuck. The lever to the runway fell off after only a few times. The wings to be attached on the outside fall off if you put even the slightest pressure on them. The floors don't say level, and everything slips back or off the jet. One entire side of the plane fell off, it's easy enough to fix whatever pops up, but it isn't very much fun. It's a typical Polly Pocket toy...it's fun but a pain to keep fixing. If you daughter likes playing with small things, try the puppies in my pocket.Customer Review: Best Christmas Present!

My daughter (5 years) begged and pleaded for the Polly Jet for Christmas. I wasn't sure as I had seen it as high as $69. Then I saw it on sale for $29 and thought "what the heck". Boy am I glad I got this! She has had SO much fun with this toy! Sure, the pieces are small but it's not intended for real young kids. It's not the sturdiest toy ever as it's made of plastic...but it is SO cool! All the little "rooms" and accessories encourage wonderful imagination and play! My daughter has spent hours upon hours playing with the jet. We've even brought it to Grandparents' houses for her to play with (it folds up nice and everything fits inside).
Great toy! Although I'm glad I got it for $29...still think $69 is WAY too expensive for a kids toy

I guess i should of read the reviews. Like the other reviews, its a great idea but poor design and quality. The side of the plane has already broken off and even though i can fix it , it continues to come off. I might try the superglue like the one writer said and see if that helps. I was hoping you could store some of the tiny pieces in it but not really good storage thing. My daughter does like playing with it so i gave it three stars for fun. she does get frustrated with it because things are collapsing and falling off constantly. If your wanting a polly pocket playset go with cruise ship over the plane. Its sturdier. Wish they would of designed a playset that u can actually keep the small pieces in which doubles as of playset.
